“On behalf of 100% Pure New Zealand, we’d thank everyone for participating in the MyTravelBackpack photo contest, and wish a congratulations to the winner, Ben with his fantastic Nelson Lakes National Park photo. The choice was a difficult one, as we received some gorgeous and masterfully shot photos, but in the end, Ben’s panoramic photo captured the sweeping beauty of New Zealand’s landscapes in a way that would make any backpacker want to get up and go. Enjoy the daypack, Ben. Here’s hoping that it’s part of many great photo-taking expeditions to come!” - Eric Hansen

Thanks everyone and keep submitting pictures to MyTravelBackpack.com! ; )

    Woo hoo!
Not my most technical photo, but multi-shot panoramic photos are a consistent crowd pleaser. Look for the panoramic setting on your digital point and shoot camera… it’s great for capturing scenes too big for one photo.
